Q: How long does the leak detection take?
A: Most systems take 1 - 3 hours, with that being said, leak detection times vary depending on the features of the system and the location of the leak or leaks.

Q: Do you have to drain our pool to fix it?
A: 95% of our repairs are done without draining water out of your pool. We use an epoxy that hardens underwater to eliminate the need to drain the water down. However, there are some construction related repairs that require us to lower the level of the water.
Q: Should I let the water drain out so you can see where the water stops leaking?
A: No. We require that the pool be filled to its normal operating level so we can check the entire system for leaks. We need to be able to see the leak and if the water is low or at the level of the leak it may be hard to pinpoint.
