If you use a ruler to measure water loss and are losing more
than 1/2" a day, we guarantee that you do not owe us a single
cent if we cannot find your leak(s). If you are losing less
than 1/2" a day, please learn about evaporation and try a
few of our suggestions for decreasing water loss through evaporation.
Many customers who are losing less than 1/2" a day still would
like confidence of knowing whether or not they have a leak.
In this case, we are more than happy to do a leak detection,
but please be aware of the limits of our guarantee.
