SERVICES

We have built a business based on honesty, integrity, great customer service and incredibly thorough pool leak detection. Our years of experience with literally hundreds of pool leaks combined with the most exhaustive pool leak detection available gives our customers a level of value that is exceptional in the service industry.

A leak detection includes:

.: Structural Examination: We will dive your pool in scuba gear (yes, even in the winter!) and analyze the entire structure. This means every square inch of your pool will be examined with the precision of a leak detection professional. We find that roughly 70% of all pool leaks are in the structure and most of those can be repaired on the spot with underwater epoxy at no additional cost to you.

.: Plumbing Pressure Test: Using our equipment, we will pressurize all of your plumbing lines including to see if they can hold pressure. If any plumbing line cannot hold air pressure, we will then use our underground listening device to locate your buried plumbing leak.

So, whether a leak is in your pool's structure or plumbing, we will find your leaks. Period.

.: Repairs: Many leaks we find can be repaired with an underwater epoxy. This means we can often locate and repair all leaks on the spot at no additional cost or frustrations to you. Should your leaks require a construction type repair, we will discuss the best solution for you and give an estimate of the work to be performed.

We will leave you an invoice with both a written explanation and a diagram explaining exactly where your leaks were and whether or not we were able to fix them.

.: Pricing: We charge a flat rate per job, according to your pool and/or spa's configuration, not according to how many leaks we find. Due to the uniqueness of every customer's job, please call us for prices.
