Prosciutto Wrapped Asparagus

Great Addition to any meal. Very simple tp prep and cook.

Set your egg temp to 350 degrees.

We start with fresh sliced prosciutto from our local Italian market, but pre-packaged from your local food store works just fine. Grap some fresh stalks of asparagus and your ready to prep.

First rinse the asparagus with water. Next grab the base of the stalk and the middle withe other hand and “snap” the asparagus. This will leave behind the tip and the most tender part of the vegatable. Add little olive oil and wrap one to two stalks with the prosciutto.

Toss them on your egg for 5-8 minutes, turning once halfway through. Finish with a balsamic glaze and enjoy.
